Law Offices "Sysouev, Bondar, Khrapoutski SBH" supports the launch of the project "Young Alternative Dispute Resolution Belarus"

SBH Law Offices takes part in a new joint project in order to promote alternative methods of resolving disputes among young people in Belarus – Young Alternative Dispute Resolution Belarus (YADR Belarus).

The project is launched within the framework of the activities of the BILA Association, that is non-profit organization that promotes the development of education and research, including alternative dispute resolution issues. We expect that YADR Belarus will bring together young practicing lawyers, scholars and students, as well as create a platform for establishing professional contacts, sharing experience and improving legal skills.

One of the first coordinators of the project has become junior lawyer of the SBH Law Offices, Ekaterina Shkarbuta: “This initiative will contribute to the formation of the unified community of future experts in the international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in Belarus, as well as the exchange of experience with leading experts in this field in Belarus and abroad”.

The first event organized under the auspices of the YADR Belarus project will be a workshop on legal education and career in the field of arbitration. The workshop will be held on September 19, 2018 as a satellite activity of the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF).
