Zubr Capital and SBH Law Office signed an agreement on strategic cooperation

The Strategic Cooperation Agreement signed in Minsk between the investment company Zubr Capital and the law firm SBH Law Offices was the next logical step in the relations development between the companies

The parties agreed on long-term conditions in the main areas of collaboration: comprehensive support for entry (exit) procedures in business; current support of investment and portfolio companies’ activity; assistance in business structuring; legal, tax and IT due diligence; assessment of tax, financial and transactional risks; assessment of the potential of companies that apply for investment Zubr Capital, IP/IT.

Due to the international presence of SBH Law office, Zubr Capital is the first professional company in Belarus that manages private equity funds, receives legal support for its projects in Belarus and other countries and jurisdictions through offices in Minsk, Kiev and Los Angeles.

The parties agreed on intentions to expand the usual range of cooperation. One of the first events organized by companies as strategic partners was the informal international open-air conference that gathered more than 150 participants for customers, friends and partners, and IT business leaders from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, and the United States called #SBH_BBQ.

The conclusion of a strategic cooperation agreement will allow both parties to strengthen their positions in the market, including through the synergy of systemic interaction of teams of professionals.
