SBH Law Offices acted as a partner of the Belarusian national stage of the competition in international law named after Philip Jessup

From January 25 to January 27, 2019, the Belarusian national stage of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition took place in Minsk.

Congratulations to the winners - the team of the Faculty of International Relations of the BSU, as well as the second finalist - the team of the Belarusian Economic University. We wish you a successful performance and victory in the world finals in Washington!

Competition named after Philip Jessup is the largest and most prestigious judicial competition in international law among students. Founded in 1959, about 2,500 students from more than 550 law schools in 100 countries take part in the competition. The competition is organized by the International Law Students Association (ILSA) and the International Law and Arbitration Association (BILA).

SBH Law Offices traditionally supported the competition. Partner Ivan Martynov judged the final, lawyer Manuel Airapetov – the rounds of the competition. Partner Timour Sysouev spoke at the awards ceremony.

This year, SBH Law Offices provided awards to 3 winners of BEST ORALIST AWARD, two of whom were invited to an internship at our firm.
