On Tuesday, May 21, at meeting B Venture Legal SBH Law Offices partner Alexander Bondar and advocate Vitaly Tvardovskiy told about the types of venture funds, the main advantages and disadvantages of the various structures of funds, identified possible risks when working with investors, and also gave recommendations on how to interact with them, answered questions from participants. The event was addressed to startups and experienced business projects as well as investors.
