Roman Kolbasov works in SBH's Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy practice and specialises in assisting in both commercial disputes and administrative business cases. Roman provides legal support and advice to large and small businesses on issues of law enforcement and litigation. 

Roman's practical experience in handling disputes in the field of economic justice since 2000 allows him to make an objective assessment of various legal situations and find an acceptable resolution of arising conflicts. He has extensive experience in drafting all procedural documents related to the collection of receivables, from pre-judicial claims to the commencement of enforcement proceedings, as well as other non-proprietary disputes, including the conclusion, amendment and termination of contracts, and the invalidation of transactions. 
Roman also advises on construction contracts, shared construction, design works and economic insolvency (bankruptcy) issues.
