Angelina has experience in corporate law, including: M&A projects/ analysis of transactions/ agreements and other legal documents of companies with various specifics of activities and country of residence/ Tax&Legal Due Diligence of companies from a wide range of industries and other advice on the application of the law of the Republic of Belarus: civil, economic, tax, labor and other; assessment of entrepreneurial risks both of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, as well as representations of foreign companies, residents of PVC, industrial park «Great Stone», banking holdings and other industries.

In the field of data protection, Angelina has experience in developing documents and advising on personal data protection, as well as experience in accompanying companies through the accreditation process to international data protection compliance standards (DPIA; Privacy by Design; Data Mapping; Storage etc.).

Angelina also has considerable experience in developing business plans/ market analysis/ company’s remission from the perspective of structuring/ analyzing direct and indirect risks of commercial activities for foreign investors
