Investment in Knomary

The SBH Law Office team provided legal support for the investment of Xploration Capital Venture Fund in Knomary group of IT companies, developer of learning and development automation products. Under the project SBH Law Offices conducted complex legal due diligence of Knomary group companies located in Belarus and Russia, special attention was paid to corporate issues and intellectual property items. The legal due diligence report and corporate structure analysis served as a basis for the subsequent preparation of the share purchase agreement and investment agreement under the terms of which SBH Law Offices specialists advised the venture fund.
