The project included a comprehensive legal due diligence of the IT group of companies, including the audit of the creation and use of intellectual property. Also SBH Law Offices lawyers advised on potential transaction, amended the sale and purchase agreement, advised the client on application of non-competition agreements with employees, structured the transaction with staggered payment of transaction price depending on achievement by the company of certain indicators.
