Representing the interests of a private Belarusian bank in a dispute with a processing center. The dispute concerned reimbursement of losses caused by fraudulent hardware and software technologies used to pay by VISA plastic cards in Belarus. This was the first precedent-setting dispute in which the court had to determine whether the rules of VISA cards' operation were compliant with the Belarusian legislation.
