Acquisition of PriorLife by Vienna Insurance Group

SBH Law Offices team assisted Kupala Insurance Company, a member of Vienna Insurance Group, one of the largest international insurance groups in Central and Eastern Europe, in the M&A transaction on acquisition of the controlling stake in Priorlife Insurance Company. During the project a legal due diligence of the target company with indication of key legal risks for the buyer was carried out and all necessary documents for transaction were prepared. Also, SBH Law Offices specialists accompanied and prepared all necessary documents for obtaining consent of the antimonopoly authority of the Republic of Belarus to the economic concentration and accompanied the transaction to closing.
