Sale of a share in a Belarusian IT company

Legal support of an M&A transaction on the seller's side in which the promoter sold a Belarusian IT company's stake to a foreign investment company. The transaction included direct sale of a part of the share in the first stage, and obtaining the option to convert part of the share into investment company's shares in the second stage in the future on terms dependent, inter alia, on the investment company's IPO.
