The SBH Law Offices team provided M&A support for the acquisition of a Belarusian online games developer by a foreign software developer.
Legal Due Diligence of the target company, drafting of all corporate documents, obtaining of preliminary approval of the transaction from the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus, consulting on all legal issues of the transaction: registration of intellectual property rights, amendments to the labour conditions of key employees.
