Special regulation for the construction of a mining and processing complex

Advising on issues related to the approval of special regulation of a mining project. The project provides for construction of mining and processing complex in the area of Nizhyn potash deposit using export financing of China Development Bank attracted through Belarusbank and secured by the governmental guarantee and pledge of the facility under construction. As part of the project the SBH Law Offices team was involved in the development of two draft Presidential Decree and Investment Agreements with the Republic of Belarus.
