SBH Law Offices team successfully defended the interests of a client company in labour disputes against former top managers.
The hiring company terminated employment relations with two top managers on various grounds in 2018: a director and a deputy director for business management. The managers filed claims with the court for recovery of their salaries and various compensations (for early termination of the employment contract, delayed settlement upon termination of employment). The defendants' representatives managed to prove in court that the termination of the employment relationship was lawful and there were no grounds for exacting compensation from the employer.
By decisions of the district court, which were upheld by the court of appeal, the plaintiffs' claims were rejected in full. The dispute took place in 2019.
