HTP accession of crypto platform operator Free2ex
The SBH Law Offices team accompanied Free2ex, a new crypto-exchange operator in Belarus, to HTP accession.
Financial technology companies are subject to higher requirements for HTP accession, e.g. detailed internal documentation, technical security audit, compliance audit by the Big Four, personnel compliance, etc.
As part of the project, the SBH Law Offices team prepared internal company documents required for entry into HTP. The prepared documents regulate technical security, customer support, outsourcing, internal controls and AML/CFT, as well as each line of business, including token trading and cryptocurrency trading.
The SBH team also accompanies Free2ex transactions related to cryptocurrency lending, margin lending, and develops legal documents for their implementation in accordance with the legislation of RB.
