Defending the interests of Press Fire Games (Blitz Team) in a dispute with Wargaming

The SBH Law Offices team represented IT company Press Fire Games, formerly registered as Blitz Team, in disputes on unfair competition and infringement of exclusive rights to source codes of a computer game with the creator of the computer game "World of Tanks" Wargaming.
SBH Law Offices attorneys participated in the development of the defense strategy against the Wargaming claims in courts and antitrust authorities in the Republic of Belarus, the European Union and the USA, helped to develop the defense arguments in the unfair competition case and advised on the protection of the rights for the computer game's name.
The project was complicated as it involved analysing the regulation of open licences under US law and harmonising the algorithm for comparing computer software source codes.
