What we do Projects

Our lawyers provide legal assistance in the following areas

  • Clarification of the legal consequences of declaring a company a dominant on the commodity market and clarification of the inadmissibility of abuse of a dominant position;
  • Evaluation of actions to comply with the requirement of fair competition, identification of signs of unfair competition;
  • Legal due diligence of contracts, agreements for compliance with the requirements on inadmissibility of actions (agreements) limiting competition, including assessment of vertical agreements, agreements between entities belonging to the same group of persons;
  • Advising on the terms of transactions constituting an economic concentration (prior consent of antimonopoly authorities or subsequent notification); 
  • Providing legal assistance in preparation of documents for obtaining consent of antimonopoly authorities to a transaction constituting an economic concentration;
  • Legal assessment of advertising for compliance with antimonopoly law.
