Sale of a share in a Belarusian IT company

Legal support of M&A transaction on the part of the seller, the founder of a Belarusian IT-company, who sold a stake to a foreign investment company by converting it into shares of the latter under the terms specified in the option agreement and contingent on the investment company's IPO.
