The restructuring plan includes selection of the most optimal for the client and acceptable to the bank forms of restructuring and ways of their implementation;
Preparation of a justification of the restructuring plan for submission to the bank;
Development of a strategy and plan for negotiations with the bank, participation in negotiations with the bank on behalf of the client:
Preparation of a set of all necessary documents for refinancing or restructuring, support of the transaction.
