Preparing non-compete agreements

In order to properly draft a non-compete agreement (NCA) it is necessary to know and take into account who and when may enter into such an agreement, whether an employee may be compelled to enter into an NCA, what prohibitions may be imposed, the minimum amount of compensation to be given to an employee, etc.
