Supporting the registration of a legal entity as a resident of the High Technology Park, whose business project provides for the provision of services to carry out transactions (operations) with tokens in the interests of other persons.

What we do

Our specialists provide legal assistance in the following areas:

  • Development of ToR and a step-by-step plan for the implementation of a project to create a crypto-broker.
  • Registration of a legal entity and opening of a current account in Belarus to carry out crypto-broker activities.
  • Preparation of a business project for the implementation of crypto-broker activities in accordance with the requirements of the HTP.
  • Development of labour contracts with key personnel (director, chief accountant, other officials in accordance with HTP requirements).
  • Development of a package of agreements with clients and contractors.
  • Preparation of local acts in accordance with the Requirements for HTP residents carrying out transactions (operations) with tokens in the interests of other persons.
  • Coordinating with auditors the preparation of a report on compliance with the requirements stipulated by HTP acts.
  • Supporting the submission of documents for preliminary HTP examination.
  • Preparation of an application for registration with the HTP as a crypto-broker and support of the document submission procedure.
  • Supporting the conclusion of an agreement with the HTP Administration.
  • Advising the company at all stages of the project to join the HTP as a cryptocurrency broker.
